Dayposter takes today's class schedule from your booking software, designs it as an Instagram story in your brand, and posts it for you every night. You never have to make or remember the post again.
We find your booking page on it and read your public schedule: class names, times, and instructors. There's no password, no staff login, and no API key. If people book it by the day, it works: yoga, pilates, dance, climbing, martial arts, swim schools, workshops, tours.
Choose from twenty designs, from quiet and editorial to photo-led. Each one is shown with your real schedule already in it, so you're choosing between finished stories, not blank templates.
Confirm your colors, logo, and type, and add brand photos if you'd like them. Set it once and every story carries your brand from then on. Change anything, any time.
You approve Dayposter through Instagram's official tools, in about three minutes. Your account needs to be a Business account linked to a Facebook Page; the switch is free, and we walk you through it during setup. You can revoke access whenever you like.
Every night at midnight, today's schedule goes up as a story, with tomorrow's right behind it. We recommend both, so clients can plan the day, and the one after it, whenever they check their phone. Instructors, times, and subs are marked. Cancelled classes are gone.
Instagram is where class businesses find new clients. Fitness and wellness operators rank it their number one growth channel, ahead of word of mouth (Mindbody, 2025). Stories are the part people check every morning, and each one lasts a day. Post daily and you stay in the picture. Miss a few days and you quietly drop out of it.
Your schedule is the one thing worth posting every single day. It changes daily, and it's the post your clients actually look for. Dayposter posts it for you, so showing up every day no longer depends on someone remembering to.
Holidays, sick days, a slammed front desk: the story still posts.
Today's classes and instructors, right where your clients already look.
The daily post is handled, so your time goes to the posts only you can make.
From quiet and editorial to photo-led, each design is shown in your fonts, your colors, your logo, and your people. Change the type, the colors, the layout, even the photos, until it feels right. Want a design that's entirely your own? We'll draw one for your brand. Every design fits any day: two classes or twenty-two, nothing overflows, nothing clips.

One studio's real schedule, four ways. Designs always show your brand; these are River Studio's colors, not ours.
See them on your scheduleDayposter reads your website and proposes your colors and type. You confirm, adjust anything, and every story from then on carries your brand. Everything else is a setting: chosen once, changed any time by replying to any Dayposter email.
Shown with the defaults. During setup we walk through each one with you, and every setting can be changed later by reply.
Nothing here is generated. Every story is built from your real schedule, checked again before it posts, and shown to you first. And you decide how much it's allowed to do on its own.
Every story comes from your booking system, the same page your clients book on. No AI writes it, so nothing gets invented. If your booking page is right, your story is right.
Just before it posts, Dayposter re-reads your schedule and updates the story: subs marked, cancellations removed, added classes in.
Each evening, tomorrow's story reaches you by email. Do nothing and it posts on time. One tap skips a day or pauses everything. Reply in plain English to change something.
A change after you've approved can post automatically or wait for your OK. That's your setting. And it never guesses: a cancelled class never appears, a broken feed never posts, and no answer means the day skips.
The stop link in every email, or a note to stop@dayposter.com, halts posting at once. The flag is checked at the moment of posting, so nothing further goes out.
We post through Instagram's official API. We never see your password, and you can revoke access on Instagram's own screens any time. One email closes your account and deletes everything.

Bespoke design for your brand, several locations or Instagram accounts, feed posts, weekly overviews: anything a setting can't say.
Talk to usNo. You connect through the official Instagram API and approve it on Instagram's own screens; revoke it there any time. We never see or store your password.
Every evening, before anything posts, tomorrow's story reaches you by email. If something's off, reply and it's fixed, or skip the day with one tap. If the schedule changes after you've approved, the update either waits for your OK or posts automatically; you choose in settings. And you can stop at any time and resume whenever you like. The stop link is in every email.
Midnight, by default. A story lasts 24 hours, so posting at midnight puts the day's schedule up before anyone wakes and keeps it accurate until the day ends. You can set any time you like. Just keep in mind that a story disappears 24 hours after it posts, unless you delete it sooner.
Right before posting, we re-read your schedule and update the story: subs marked, cancellations removed, new classes added. For changes that arrive after you've approved the preview, you choose one of two settings. Hold for me: nothing posts until you tap OK, and if we don't hear from you, the day skips. Auto: the updated story posts on time. Cancelled classes are removed in both.
No. Stories published through Instagram's API are the image alone, with no stickers, links, or music. That's an Instagram platform limit, and we'd rather tell you now than surprise you later.
Momence, Mindbody, and Mariana Tek at the moment. Type your website and go. Each platform needs a small adapter on our side, so we add them one at a time, and they're quick to build. Using something else? Tell us which, and we'll let you know the moment yours is ready.
